• Users — Access the Users grid to add new users and edit or delete existing users within a database.
  
  
• Teams — Access the Teams grid to create, edit, or delete teams within the database. Editing team details can include adding or removing user, portfolio, model, and security set access for a team.
  
  
• Roles — Access the Roles grid to create, edit, or delete roles.
  
  
• Can Login As — Log in as a coworker to view the Orion Trading Platform as that user would. Navigate to your username in the top-right corner and select Login As.
  
  
• Switch Firm — For applicable databases, switch between the firm's databases the user is assigned to.

• Edit Dashboard Defaults — View, create, edit, and delete firm and team action items on the Overview tab.

• Custom Imports — Upload models and security sets in bulk to the database.
  
  
• Refresh Database Analytics — Run analytics on the database, refreshing the entire database's analytics rather than only the user's team portfolios.
  
  
• Reset Analytics — Reset in-progress analytics.
  
  
• Data Status Updates — Access the Updates Grid under Data Status.
  
  
• View All Custom Imports — View all custom imports under View Custom Import History for every import template the user has access to.
  
  
• Set Aside Audit — Access the Set Aside Cash Audit page, where set aside cash can be reviewed along with qualifying transactions.
  
  
• Queries — Access the Queries page to view, edit, or delete queries. Navigate to the Queries Tab.

• Portfolios — View, edit, create, and delete portfolios from the database. Navigate to the Portfolios Tab > All Portfolios (double-click a portfolio) or Portfolio Details to search by name or portfolio ID.
  
  
• Accounts — View, edit, create, and delete accounts in the database. Navigate to the Accounts Tab > All Accounts (double-click an account) or Account Details to search by name or account ID.
  
  
• Sleeves — View portfolios with sleeves.
  
  
• Holdings — View, edit, create, and delete holdings in an account or portfolio (requires Portfolios or Accounts access). Navigate to Accounts or Portfolios > All Accounts or Portfolios, right-click an account or portfolio, and select View Holdings. Alternatively, open the account or portfolio details, select Actions, and choose View Holdings.
  
  
• Tags — View, create, and delete tags for portfolios, accounts, and models.
  
  
• Notes — View, create, edit, and delete notes.

• Firm Preferences — View, edit, create, and delete preferences at the firm level. Navigate to Administration > Firm-level Preferences.
  
  
• Custodian Preferences — View, edit, create, and delete preferences at the custodian level. Navigate to Administration > Custodian-level Preferences.

• Security Sets — View, edit, create, or delete security sets in the database. View under the Strategies Tab.
  
  
• Restricted Plans — View, edit, create, and delete restricted plans in the database. Navigate to the Securities Tab > Restricted Plans.
  
  
• MAC Weighting — Set MAC (multi-asset class) weightings for MAC funds in Eclipse.

• Rebalancer — Rebalances portfolios to their target allocation by generating trades that realign holdings within tolerance.
  
  
• Cash Needs — Analyzes portfolio cash versus target and automatically raises or invests cash until the cash position is on target.
  
  
• Raise Cash — Raises a specified dollar amount by selling holdings using the specified sell method.
  
  
• Spend Cash — Invests a specified dollar amount by buying holdings using the specified sell method.
  
  
• Liquidate — Liquidate an account or portfolio to cash, ignoring preference restrictions to allow full liquidation.
  
  
• Trade to Target — Buy or sell a single security to reach a specific target percentage of account value.
  
  
• Global Trades — Swap securities by selling a percentage of a selected holding and using the proceeds to buy a replacement.
  
  
• Tax Harvesting — Finds and executes loss harvesting opportunities while validating wash sales; run with automated rules or set ad-hoc minimum loss thresholds. Also used for gain harvesting.
  
  
• Override Do Not TLH in Tax Harvesting — Override assets or securities with "Do Not TLH" preferences set in the Manual Tax Harvesting Tool.
  
  
• Allow VSP in Tax Harvesting — When checked, users of that role see an "Enable VSP" option within the Tax Harvesting Tool with three values: True, False, or Default.

• Fixed Income Status — Manually modify a fixed income trade's status in the fixed income workflow.
  
  
• View All Trades — See all trade files for the database, versus just the trade files the user has created.

• Core Setup — Set up the ASTRO database.
  
  
• ASTRO Optimization — Run an ASTRO optimization. Navigate to the Accounts Tab, right-click an ASTRO-enabled account, and select Optimize.
