Why Is It Beneficial to Use Jump Integration With My Redtail CRM?

• Use Jump's meeting summarization tool to transcribe and sync meetings with Redtail CRM, giving you more freedom to connect with your clients instead of manually writing every detail down.

• Make any necessary changes to your Jump notes and tasks before syncing with a contact record in Redtail CRM, ensuring you have the most up-to-date and accurate client information.

• With the Jump integration within Redtail CRM, quickly access Jump's AI Notetaker app as an embed with your CRM, minimizing the need for additional browser tabs and pages while keeping everything between Redtail CRM and Jump in sync.

What is Jump?

Jump is an AI operating system for financial advisors that integrates with Redtail CRM by taking your AI-generated meeting notes and tasks from Jump and syncing them directly into Redtail as Notes and Activities. It also allows Jump to create client meeting prep notes based on pre-existing Redtail data.

Data is pulled from Redtail prior to meetings, summarized, and sent to advisors via email before the meeting so they're 100% prepped and ready to personalize the first few minutes of the meeting based on past client interactions. Once the meeting is over, advisors simply review the notes and tasks that have been AI-generated, make any edits, and sync notes and activities (tasks) into Redtail with one click.

Please Note: This article primarily focuses on setting up the integration between Jump and Redtail, enabling Jump features to sync from it to Redtail CRM. Jump contains many beneficial features, such as pre-meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and email recaps. We encourage you to learn how each feature works and how it benefits your "daily drive" by visiting the Jump Help site, emailing help@jumpapp.com, or using the customer chat function in the lower-right corner of the Jump web app.
