Why?

• Connect your CRM: Choose which integrations are active in your Redtail database to ensure the tools you use outside of Redtail that integrate with us are accessible to you.

What?

The "Manage Your Integrations" page provides a central location to easily enable/disable integrations and access integration settings, while the Integrations Icon   will let you quickly access your active integrations.

How?

There are two main ways to set up and access your integrations within the system.

Manage Your Integrations

Go to the your profile dropdown at the top right of the CRM, and select "Manage Your Integrations." This page enables or disables certain integrations for your database. Some additional steps may be required to initially set up certain integrations - those other steps are outlined in the posts on those particular integrations. See Redtail Integration Partners for additional details.

• When accessing the Manage Integrations page, you are seeing a glance at some of the various integrations that MAY be available to your database.

• Above and to the right is a "Filter integrations" search box. Type the name of the integration to search for it or descriptions on this page. Use this if you already know what integration you're looking for.

Within each of the integration partner's widgets, you'll see a brief description of the solutions that partner offers, as well as two addition features: ON/OFF Toggle (A): Selecting this will either turn on or turn off the integration. However, simply turning it ON may not immediately have it work.  Additionally, when the toggle is set to ON, you may see it appear in the integration icon dropdown  at the top of your screen. Settings Cog Dropdown (B): Includes integration settings, and while the actions for each integration vary from partner to partner, many of the actions are similar.

• Though an integration is enabled (ON) within the database, you may not be able to use it until you've entered your necessary information, which can be accomplished by clicking "Settings" under the settings cog menu.
NOTE:  Some integrations may also require additional setup outside of the Redtail CRM in order to work. Please refer to Redtail Integration Partners and find the integration you'd like to set up for additional details.

• If applicable, clicking "Support" from the settings cog menu will take you to the relevant help documentation in Redtail's Helpdesk dealing with that particular integration partner.

Integration Icon

The Integration Icon at the top of the CRM shows a list of integrations that are currently turned ON from your Manage Your Integrations section. Depending on the integration you select from the menu, you will see a modal appear with different options pertaining to the chosen integration. See the image below for an example of one such modal. The options available in each modal will vary from integration to integration, sometimes giving single options or multiple ways of interacting with it. These may also change depending on if you are in a contact record or not. In some cases, while you can access these integrations quickly from the icon, if the settings have not been set up from the "Manage Your Integrations" menu, you may see a message reading "Go to Manage Integrations and set up the integration," or more specific messages based on the integration itself.
