Every Request referencing our API include the API Key and UserToken. The APIKey is unique to the Partner and allows access to the API. A UserToken is a security token composed of a timestamp, time restriction, and a Userkey. The timestamp and time restriction renders the UserToken time-sensitive. The allotted time for a UserToken to be processed is 5 minutes. To learn more about user keys and the encryption process, please see our informative guide: AES(Rijndael) Encryption.

MobileUser_Enable flags a CRM User as having access to Redtail Mobile. The User modification occurs through the use of a UserKey

If you need help obtaining a UserKey, please follow our UserKey_Fetch Guide here!
