Trade Order/Block Status Definitions

Order/Block statuses let you quickly determine the stage of execution your trade orders are in. View the status of your orders in the Portfolio View - Trade Order Review Tool or Orion Trading (Eclipse) > Trading tab > either the Blocks or Closed Tab.

• Not Sent - This order/block is waiting to be executed

• New(sent) - The order/block is executed but has not received any acknowledgments back from the custodian

• Pending New - The custodian has sent an acknowledgment back to Orion but has not filled the order/block yet

• Partially Filled/Executed - The custodian has sent an acknowledgment that the order/block has been partially filled

• Filled/Executed - The custodian has sent an acknowledgment that the entire order/block has been filled

• Pending Replace - An edit to the order/block was sent to the original order/block

• Pending Cancel - A request to cancel an order/block was sent

• Expired - Orders/blocks that never received a filled acknowledgment expire at the end of the day

• Canceled - Orders/blocks that have been successfully canceled by the custodian

• Done For Day - Orders/blocks that have been successfully marked as done for the day

• Rejected - Any order/block that is rejected by the custodian

Important Note: Sometimes, the statuses change so quickly that you only see some of them before the blocks execute and move on to allocations or pendings.
